Raffles24 Acute & Critical Care is well-equipped to handle any injury or medical emergency round-the-clock every day. Our 24-hour clinic is located on the ground floor in Raffles Hospital.
Besides having a team of emergency specialists to assess and manage your case, our multidisciplinary team of specialists and surgeons are also on call to attend to complex medical conditions.
Our Acute and Critical Care services include:
- Emergency care
- Treatment of acute medical and surgical conditions
- Treatment of trauma including cuts, burns, fractures and head injuries
- Management of industrial accidents and poisoning
- Management of dengue fever
- Treatment for sports injuries
- Observation
- Laboratory tests
- Radiological assessments
Triage and waiting time
The average waiting time is 30 mins.
This is an approximate as the waiting time is dependent on the number of patients at the clinic and the severity of the patients’ condition.
Upon registration, you will be triaged accordingly after a quick assessment of your vital signs and condition. Your waiting time may vary correspondingly to the priority level assigned. This is to ensure the most critical cases with time-sensitive conditions will receive immediate medical attention. Rest assured that our Accident and Emergency Department will make uncompromised efforts to meet your needs promptly.

Paediatric Emergencies
Our paediatricians are available on call beyond office hours to attend to your child if he/ she has an emergency medical condition requiring hospitalisation.

Dental Emergencies
You may call the dental emergency 24-hour hotline at 6311 2360 if there are any dental injuries sustained from trauma. The call centre personnel will advise if you should be admitted to the Accident and Emergency department. Our Accident and Emergency department doctor will then assess your condition and activate our dental surgeon on duty and/or oral surgeon if necessary.
