Emergency Care Collaboration (ECC)

The Emergency Care Collaboration is a joint initiative by the Ministry of Health and Raffles Medical Group to manage emergency patients in Singapore.

Under the collaboration, Raffles Hospital’s Raffles24 Acute & Critical Care will provide care to patients sent in by SCDF ambulances. Singaporeans and Permanent Residents will subsequently have access to subsidised inpatient and / or specialist outpatient rates at Raffles Hospital, if clinically required.
