How do I make an appointment?

For online appointment booking

Please visit rafflesmedicalgroup.com and click the Book an Appointment button.

You will be greeted by an appointment form. To proceed, you will need to solve the captcha.

Select your appointment type from the dropdown list.

The list of appointment types covers COVID-19 Test, Dental, Health Screening, Specialist, Chinese Medicine, Vaccination, and Corporate Health Screening & Health Check Up.

Once you have completed filling out the required fields, please ensure that you have understood the terms and conditions of use and PDPA terms. Check on the two boxes and click SUBMIT.

Specialist appointment booking through email

You can also email us at specialist@raffleshospital.com.

Please attached your referral letter and indicate the specialty you need in the email.

Our customer care officer will be in contact within 2 to 4 working days to arrange for the appointment.

Emergency dental appointment

You can contact any one of our dental clinics and request for an appointment.

If you require urgent dental treatment after clinical operating hours, you can call our 24-hour hotline at 6311 1111, and our call centre personnel will be able to advise if you should be admitted to  Raffles24 Acute & Critcal Care at Raffles Hospital.

Raffles Medical clinic appointment

You can use the online appointment booking form for vaccination, COVID-19 tests, medical checkup, and essential health screening.
