The Real-Time Queue Insights page provides you with three essential nuggets of information to help you plan your visit effectively:
- The queue status bar shows how busy the selected clinic is in real-time.
- The average visit duration allows you to estimate how long your visit might take.
- The average visit duration at nearby Raffles clinics, enables you to consider visiting another clinic for your medical needs.
The queue types are categorised as follows.
- GP – Seeing a doctor
- VAC – Vaccination
- HC – Health Check
How to Use the Feature
To view real-time data on the clinic’s current queue status, and average visit duration for a particular service, click on the relevant graphic bar
For example, if you click on the HC (Health Check) bar, the number of patients in queue, and the average time spent to complete a health check, will be displayed. This helps you to plan your visit and anticipate the wait time required.
Where is the Data Derived?
The data is sourced from anonymous, real-time tracking of clinic activity, which includes the number of patients being seen every 15 minutes, and the duration of related visits within the last hour. This aggregated data provides an accurate snapshot of current conditions without revealing any personal information.
Is Personal Data Used?
No personal data is utilised in generating Real-Time Queue Insights. The system relies solely on anonymous, aggregated data from clinic operations to provide precise, real-time updates while fully safeguarding patient privacy.
