Profile:
Ms Yesmin Chan is a therapist with vast experience in the clinical setting. She has been with Raffles Counselling Centre since December 2009.
Yesmin is passionate about delivering client-centric therapeutic interventions for a diverse population. They include children, adolescents, adults, cancer support groups, and caregiver support groups.
She primarily cares for clients who may have adjustment issues, as well as those with anxiety and stress, autism, cancer, eating disorders, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and medical conditions. Yesmin also supports personal development and provides clinical intervention for clients with trauma, loss and bereavement, mental health issues, and palliative care needs.
Yesmin is currently the President of the Art Therapist Association of Singapore.
