Profile:

Ms Pristin Lee is a psychologist at Raffles Counselling Centre. With over 10 years of experience working with clients from the corporate sector as well as various training and coaching vocations, she is skilled at connecting with individuals with different needs.

Pristin believes in a person-centric approach, and often customises her sessions to meet the needs of her clients. She uses a combination of psychotherapy that includes cognitive behavioural therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy, brief therapy, solution-focused therapy, as well as various motivational interviewing and coaching principles to bring her clients on a journey of self-discovery. Through her sessions, she also aspires to equip clients with the necessary skills and tools to achieve self-improvement and mental wellness.

She has assessed and worked with clients of various age groups and needs since 2012. She has seen clients with anxiety, grief and bereavement, trauma, confidence issues, depression, stress management, and anger management issues. Pristin is also a certified trainer with the Association of Counselling Therapists of Alberta (ACTA), where she trains and coaches on topics surrounding mental health, soft skills, and customer service.

Pristin is a registered psychotherapist under the Singapore Association for Counsellors, a member of the Singapore Psychological Society, and an Associate Member of Australia Psychological Society. She received her Master in Counselling from Monash University and completed her undergraduate and post-graduate studies in Psychology at James Cook University (Australia). She is also a certified Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapist.
