Ms Angeline Yap is a registered counsellor with the Singapore Association for Counselling. Prior to counselling work, Angeline was a professional in public relations and communications. Motivated by her passion to journey with individuals to lead more satisfying lives, she pursued a Masters in Counselling and Community Work with the Asian Pastoral Institute, and made a career switch to become a counsellor.

Angeline has provided counselling to individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures. She is experienced in dealing with various counselling issues, such as depression, anxiety, stress, sleep disturbances, grief, addiction, relationships, and self-development.

She seeks to understand and work with her clients on their therapy goals and needs. She customises her counselling approaches to her clients and integrate concepts from cognitive behavioural therapy, choice theory reality therapy, and person-centred therapy.

Angeline provides both face-to-face and online counselling to youths as well as adults. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Hokkien.
