Profile:
Kah Yong obtained a scholarship with Raffles Medical Group in 2017. He then graduated with an Honours degree in Occupational Therapy from Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT) in 2021.
Kah Yong is trained in orthopedic rehabilitation, with a focus in hip and knee replacements, spinal conditions, amputations, as well as upper limb fractures and injuries. He also has clinical experience in psychosocial and paediatric rehabilitation in both outpatient and community settings.
Kah Yong strongly believes in the importance of helping his patients regain their ability to enjoy meaningful activities. He strives to assist his patients and their caregivers by employing different rehabilitative approaches that are optimal for each of his client’s needs.
