Dr Edgar Kieu Li Chong

Dr Kieu is the Director of Consumer Health at Raffles Medical Group, managing the operations and business development of Raffles Dental and Raffles Health. He also heads the Raffles Medical Group (Singapore Healthcare) Private Marketing team consisting of affinity and wellness marketing, government programs marketing and digital marketing sections.

Dr Edgar Kieu obtained his Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the National University of Singapore and is the winner of the prestigious Outstanding Undergraduate Researcher Award in NUS. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (Marketing) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Marketing Strategies.

He currently serves as the Chairman of the Singapore Dental Association’s Regulatory Affairs Committee and Chairman of East Spring Primary School’s School Advisory Committee.

For his contributions, Dr Kieu has been awarded Raffles Medical Group’s Chairman’s Service Excellence award, Ministry of Education’s Service to Education Award and the COVID-19 Resilience Medal.

Dr Kieu has been extensively featured in a variety of television and print media including Channel News Asia and The Straits Times, covering issues related to oral health.
