AMF was awarded the Merit Award at the People's Association Community Spirit Awards 2024 on 18 July 2024.

AMF collaborates with Kampong Glam Citizens’ Consultative Committee to launch a 2-year All-Day Breakfast @ Love Connect initiative to provide breakfast to about 200 elderly staying in 1-bedroom rental flats in the Kg Glam/Beach Road area on every Saturday (except the first Saturday of the month).  AMF hopes to provide a warm, nutritious breakfast on a Saturday in a welcoming and dignified sit-down setting.  The signing of the Sponsorship Agreement took place on 16 March 2024 at Love Connect Hub (Blk 5 Beach Road Level 1).

AMF was awarded the Friend of Singapore Red Cross Award at the Annual SRC Awards Ceremony on 3 October 2023.

Was awarded the Friend of the Arts Award (Corporate) at the 40^th Patron of the Arts Awards 2023.

Responding to the new waves of Covid-19 cases, AMF donated more reusable masks to various nursing homes and senior centres to help seniors and staff cope with COVID-19.

As part of the Silver Care Fund project to engage seniors through Arts, AMF sponsored a Mother’s Day concert organised by The Esplanade on Sunday, 7 May 2023.

Supported the SG Cares Community Network for Joo Chiat initiative from 2023. This programme provides social-emotional support to caregivers of the elderly, equipping them with necessary skill sets to better care for their loved ones.

Sponsored a total of 9 Esplanade’s Angklung Workshops held during 2023 at senior beneficiary homes and activity centres.  Through playing the bamboo instruments, seniors experience the joy of playing music together while enhancing their motor skills, building a sense of community through teamwork.

AMF donated 10 Geriatric Chair Manual Recliners to Sunshine Welfare Action Mission.

Supported the Red Cross’s Home+ Monitoring programme, sponsoring 50 beneficiaries over a period of five years. This is a monitoring system using sensors placed around the home. When unusual patterns are detected or when the user activates the panic button, the Red Cross' Call Centre is notified immediately. Depending on the situation, community responders or the SCDF (for emergencies) will be dispatched to provide assistance.

Supported Caregiver Support Network administered by the Marine Parade Cluster from 2023. This programme provides social-emotional support to caregivers of the elderly, equipping them with necessary skill sets to better care for their loved ones.

Sponsored Angklung Workshops organised by The Esplanade to two elderly homes. The seniors were exposed to a full hands-on experience with the angklung as they learnt to play folk songs as a group. The participants showcased their skills to their friends, family and centre staff at the end of the workshops.

Supported the Kampong Glam Love Connect All Day Breakfast project. The project aims to provide seniors with a weekly supply of one warm, nutritious meal, a warm and caring setting with social interaction and a platform to share health-relation information. This project is still on-going.

Supported Esplanade’s Music Meet Life initiatives where live performances were brought to senior, at beneficiaries homes, who are limited by health or mobility challenges.

Donated reusable masks to various nursing homes and senior centres to help seniors cope with COVID-19.

Donated 12 sets of Fingertip Pulse Oximeter and 12 sets of infrared Bluetooth thermometer Jamiyah Nursing Home.

Re-initiated the AMF Elder Vouchers – Distributed $100 grocery vouchers to 5,000 elderly living in one-room rental flats whose lives and livelihoods may still be affected by COVID-19. 

In 2020, AMF sponsored $100 grocery vouchers to the elderly whose lives and livelihoods were affected due to COVID-19. AMF worked with the Agency for Integrated Care to identify the 30,000 needy and vulnerable seniors who have little to no family support living in one or two room HDB flats. These seniors were given the AMF Elder Vouchers to purchase food supplies and household items.

AMF worked with Kampung Glam Constituency to organise a meal sponsorship during the COVID-19 pandemic where 100 seniors from Comcare and living in one or two room rental flats benefitted.

AMF Elder Health - In response to COVID-19 and to help the elderly with digitalisation, AMF sponsored SingHealth's telehealth pilot project that aims to leverage technology to provide accessible, safe and better care for seniors staying in the East of Singapore.

Collaborated with Beyond Social Services to donate supermarket vouchers to needy families severely impacted by COVID-19 pandemic.

Project iRemember is a health screening project initiated by Medicine students of the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore.  AMF supported Project iRemember for 2019 which was carried out at Chong Pang, Yishun.  The aim was to provide public awareness and education of early detection of dementia and mental health issues via free health screening.

Coordinated social engagement/ activities for volunteers to interact with the inpatients of Raffles Hospital Ward 13 (Emergency Care Collaboration Scheme)

Collaborated with Simmons (S.E.A.) to donate and deliver pillows and pillow protectors to 60 needy elderly residents who are under the care of Bethesda Care Services

Supported Project SilverCare, an annual health-screening programme jointly organised with NUS students to provide door-to-door home health screening for needy residents

Donated and distributed festive goody bags to residents of Zion Home for the Aged and low income families under the care of Bethesda Care Services.

Supported the Memories Café programme which is aimed at raising awareness and addressing stigma for people with Dementia and their caregivers

Provided ad-hoc rehabilitation assessments and dementia examinations for the residents of PCF Sparkle Care at Simei and Yew Tee.

Provided monthly medical consultation by volunteer doctors for the residents of Zion Home for the Aged

Adopted Rochore Kongsi Home for the Aged and provided free medical consultations by volunteer doctors for the residents
